To apply for Law Society senior caseworker reaccreditation, the first step in the process is to pass the assessment. The assessment will consist of 30 multiple choice questions and you will have two hours to complete it. The assessment questions can be on any aspect of the syllabus, which includes protection appeals, judicial review, domestic violence, human trafficking and modern slavery, detention and bail, deportation, asylum best practice (we have a few different asylum courses available), public funding and professional conduct.
We have separate courses on most of the above. In this course, we have pooled together some practice questions to help with your revision of the topics that may appear in your exam. Our questions are not modelled directly on the reaccreditation exam and do not cover the full Law Society syllabus. An outline of the syllabus can be found in the general set of candidates’ guidance here and here. To access the Law Society’s five sample questions, click here – you’ll find them at at pages 19 to 24 of the exam guide. For general guidance on reaccreditation, click here.
The course is only available to paying members of Free Movement. If you are not already a member, you can join here and access not just this course but all of our courses.
