These Regulations bring into force specified provisions of the Immigration Act 2016. Regulation 2 lists the provisions which come into force on 31st May 2016 and regulation 3 lists the provisions which come into force on 12th July 2016.

The new criminal offence of illegal working comes into force on 12 July 2016 along with various other sections. I’m working on a new ebook on the new Act and an online course and in the meantime you can book on HJT Training courses here.
