More analysis on HC 1025 to follow when I get a chance. Lots of stuff in there, including a whole new set of rules for visitors, lots of changes to the Points Based System and some potentially nasty stuff on asylum too.

The restriction on recourse to public funds has appeared clearer, there’s a new part 15 which seems to prohibit immigrants from studying science degrees (without prior permission), and yes the new “Appendix V” for Visitors: one day they’ll run out of letters in the alphabet.
