  1. Yes, I skimmed the 215 page document briefly this evening. The restriction on recourse to public funds has appeared clearer, there’s a new part 15 which seems to prohibit immigrants from studying science degrees (without prior permission), and yes the new “Appendix V” for Visitors: one day they’ll run out of letters in the alphabet.
