This course covers the long-awaited statement of changes providing details of the famous “new Points-Based Immigration System”, which was published on 22 October 2020. In the first module we provide you with a summary of the most important changes, and in the second module we drill down into the detail of some of the more important changes and new rules. By the end of the course you will have a good understanding of what has changed about the current Immigration Rules.
