About this course

How should a legal representative approach the “unduly harsh” tests? What are “very compelling circumstances” and what types of evidence should be submitted to support these claims?

In this training workshop, we’ll answer these questions and more as we delve into the human rights considerations and other complex issues that arise in deportation matters.

Designed as an interactive, small-group session with a maximum of 14 attendees, our expert tutor will guide you through how to prepare strong, well-argued challenges to deportation decisions. Attendees will gain practical tips, discuss case studies and have the opportunity to ask questions to deepen their understanding of deportation casework.
