About this course

Increases in immigration application fees, the cost of living crisis and other unexpected events can make accessing public funds a lifeline for many individuals living in the UK.

Join us for an engaging workshop where we’ll be exploring how to make an application to lift the “no recourse to public funds” condition for those with limited leave to remain in the family or private life categories.

In this interactive session, we’ll cover:

  • the eligibility criteria for accessing public funds,
  • the online change of conditions application,
  • the evidence required for applications,
  • what happens if the application is refused, and
  • how to prevent reimposition of the condition on renewal of leave and what to do if it is reimposed.

Designed as a small online workshop, we are limiting attendance to a maximum of 12 attendees. Through case studies and expert guidance from the tutor, you’ll gain valuable insight into how to effectively prepare a successful change of conditions application as well as common problems and how to address them.
