About this course

The adult dependent relative route has one of the lowest success rates of any immigration route. The dependency test is complex and at first blush, can seem impossible to satisfy.

Yet the impact of a successful (or unsuccessful) application on a family can be life changing.

In this webinar, experts John Vassiliou and Alex Piletska will share their experience and advice on the best way to prepare applications on behalf of adult dependent relatives. They will focus on:

  • assessing the merits of a case
  • the requirements your client will need to meet
  • how to frame the key arguments, such as dependency
  • the crucial evidence to support those arguments, including independent medical evidence and documents from the sponsor

Attendees will leave the webinar in a better position to advise on and prepare adult dependent relative visa applications, giving their clients the best chances of success.
