Webinar (Members only): Labour’s white paper on immigration: what does it all mean?

The Labour government published its long-awaited white paper on immigration in May, setting out its thinking and proposals for reform of the immigration system.

The white paper covers business immigration, students, enforcement, digital ID, family migration and more. There is a lot to take in and digest. Colin and Jo will run through the key take aways and highlight some of the less obvious but important signals in the white paper on what might be to come in future.

Presenters

Colin Yeo. Colin is a barrister at Garden Court Chambers in London and is the director of the Free Movement website.

Joanna Hunt. Joanna is the Head of Immigration at DAC Beachcroft. She represents businesses and public sector bodies in relation to their immigration needs which includes providing advice on work-based visas, sponsor licence compliance, prevention of illegal working and global mobility.
