Welcome to the November 2014 edition of the Free Movement immigration update podcast. The material for the podcast is drawn from blog posts on Free Movement for the month of November. I start this month by going through some Home Office news and other updates, I move on to the new tribunal procedure rules and some important case law and then finish with a European update looking at welfare benefits and also Dublin removals.

You will be in good company: there are now over 270 signed up Free Movement Members with access to the training and reference materials, 424 courses have been completed and 600 CPD hours undertaken.

Free Movement Members can now download the Free Movement ebooks for just £1 each in the Members Area. The November update CPD course will be available in a few days’ time but there are already 27 CPD hours of courses available in the growing course library, including an updated course on the Immigration Act 2014 and new courses on refugee law and practice, Dublin 3 and unlawful detention. A new course on costs in immigration appeals and judicial reviews is on the way and can be previewed already.
