Associate / Senior Associate – Immigration Solicitor
Location: Hybrid – Office based Woking, with at least 3 days/week in office
PQE: Up to 5 years

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Our client base includes a strong focus on London’s tech sector – fintech, biotech, and AI – as well as growing European businesses, third sector organisations (charities and NGOs), and leading individuals in the Arts and technology.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong solicitor training, ideally with a leading immigration firm
• Experience across both personal and business immigration routes
• Experience with Global Talent visa applications (desirable)
• Interest in tech or the Arts is a plus
• Enthusiasm for supervising junior colleagues and giving back via pro bono
• A team player who values high standards, trust, and great working relationships
