Job Advert: Consultant/Freelancer (preferably), or possibly an employed Solicitor.

We have two vacancies for two qualified Solicitors with proven experience in Immigration, Family or Civil Litigation to join our vibrant and friendly team, either as Consultants/Freelancer (preferably) or possibly as an employed Solicitor.

The Roles:

The successful candidates should have extensive experience in at least two of these three areas of law: Immigration, Family or Civil Litigation (experience in other areas of law is a bonus consideration such areas to include breach of contract, family/finance, Will & Probate).

Key requirements specification include:

  • Qualified solicitor. Our ideal candidates should have at 3 years PQE, but we are willing to suitable candidates with less PQE.
  • Must already have the right to work in the UK.
  • Must have no previous or pending adjudication by the SRA, no conditions of their Practicing Certificate and have no criminal convictions.
  • Proven following and substantial experience in Personal Business immigration work.
  • Sound practical knowledge of civil procedure and appeal.
  • Ability to identify issues of ethic and conflict of interest.
  • Must have the drive to achieve the best outcome for our clients.
  • Passionate and drive to achieve the best outcome for our clients.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Obvious interest in both personal growth and the expansion of the team and the Firm with obvious passion for networking and business/brand development.
  • Must be multi-tasking, and able managing effectively, more than 25 immigration applications, appeals and or other civils files at any one time.

We aim for successful candidate to join our team by December 2023/ January 2024.


Hybrid & Tooting Broadway Office:

At least two full days in the office per week and the other days remote. For homeworking will set up network facilities and devices that will enable the successful candidate to work comfortably from home whilst engaging daily contact with Directors Partners over Zoom/Teams/e-mail and telephone.



Consultant/Freelancer- possibility of earning over £60k pa.

Employed Solicitor – £30K basic plus possibility of receiving more than £60k bonus pay.
