Immigration Advisor OISC 2

Based: Luton / hybrid
Salary: £18,600 pro rata (£31,000 FTE)
Hours:  22.5 hours per week
Fixed term until 31-03-24

We are recruiting a part-time Immigration Advisor to deliver complex case work across our operational footprint which includes the east of England.

You will have experience of providing complex regulated case work advice at OISC level 2 or equivalent. You will oversee a complex caseload and be embedded as part of the wider NOAH services, supporting vulnerable people holistically on their journey to rebuilding their lives and achieving stability.

Partner organisations and referral agencies will work together to ensure that the client journey is as streamlined as possible, creating a sense of continuity across various specialist areas of advice provided through the partnership. The service will be delivered through the NOAH welfare centre, outreach visits and remotely where appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the issues facing vulnerable migrants, have worked in a casework environment, have excellent cross-cultural and interpersonal skills, a great eye for detail, and be a strong team player.
