In the second part of the session, you will learn about what happens at the appeal hearing itself and how to best prepare your client.

What do people say about our live training?

It’s a great way to gain foundational understanding of immigration law that is digestible yet still comprehensive. I liked how interactive the class was where we were encouraged to utilise our knowledge and test our understanding.

Ashari Bilan-Cooper

Detailed but not overwhelming. The examples where good and illustrated complex parts well. The quiz at the end was very good.

Ana Hart UK Visas

I thought the test questions were helpful. The language used was clear. The visuals for more complicated parts of the rules were great.

Katharine Higgs

Very clear language, useful examples, links to relevant further information, legislation, etc.
