Remote / Hybrid/ Freelance/ Employed/ Full-time/ Part-time Immigration Solicitors and Caseworker Vacancies

Background

We are one of the UK’s most successful private immigration law practices, and our legal team handles thousands of UK Immigration matters each year across the full range of matter types, including Points Based Tier System applications, Nationality applications, Deportation, Removal, Detention and bail, Family-based applications, European law/residence permits, in-country applications for leave to remain and Appeals.

The Role

We are now recruiting Experienced Immigration Solicitors & Caseworkers who have the technical knowledge and experience necessary to advise in consultations and manage a full caseload from the outset. The right candidates will have excellent, recent (UK) immigration experience and up-to-date knowledge of UK immigration law, with knowledge of PBS and family-based applications a definite advantage.

Successful candidates will have the following skills and abilities:

  • Excellent knowledge of UK immigration law
  • Experience in advice giving and casework
  • Excellent legal drafting skills
  • The ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly and succinctly
  • Good computer and IT skills
  • The ability to manage a caseload, meet deadlines and work well under pressure

We understand that Covid has changed the way that people work, and we encourage applications from candidates who wish to work remotely, on a hybrid basis, with flexible hours or on a freelance consultancy basis to suit them. For us, the skills and knowledge you bring, and the quality of your work, is more important than where and when you do it. We use technology extensively to ensure that those who are working remotely are every bit a part of the team as those based in our office.

The salary is excellent and negotiable and dependent upon experience and your availability.

These roles are available immediately, and to apply, please send your CV and a cover letter by email to info@ukmigrationlawyers.co.uk
