Due to growth we have an exciting opportunity for a solicitor to join our leading Immigration practice. Within this role you will be working alongside David Brown and Jacqueline Moore who are both ranked Tier 1 Immigration Lawyers. You will be working with clients across the full breadth of Immigration, Nationality and EU law.

The practice has a well-established personal immigration case load with a significant amount of family applications and an increasing client base in Business immigration. The workload will predominantly entail making applications to the Home Office both in the UK and overseas, in addition to litigation work before the Immigration and Asylum Chamber.

Experience in personal immigration and/or business immigration is required. This experience should include making applications to the Home Office both in the UK and overseas covering the whole immigration map.

The successful candidate will be someone who pays rigorous attention to the detail as well as having a positive ethos and a can-do approach to problem solving.

We are looking for someone with demonstrable exceptional client care skills and commercial awareness with an understanding for business efficiency. The successful candidate will be joining a very supportive team. We are looking for someone who can bring resilience, flexibility, an ability to work hard, adapt fast and have a sense of humour to the team.
