Salary: Minimum starting salary £36,000 per annum, maximum dependent on experience.
Location: The vacancy is full-time, five days per week. This is a remote-working role; therefore we encourage applications from anywhere in the UK

About the role and how to apply:
Seraphus is a leading law firm in the area of European citizens rights and UK immigration law. We are seeking to recruit a Senior Caseworker or Solicitor who can join, enhance and contribute to our excellent team of eleven people. This vacancy will involve an interesting mix of work, including legal advice and representation, with the potential to support our charity partners.
The successful candidate will support the delivery of complex casework to a high standard. This includes supporting a wide variety of clients with the full spectrum of asylum and immigration advice, delivering EU citizens rights advice under the EU Settlement Scheme and the UK-EU Withdrawal Agreement, help us support vulnerable communities through our partnerships with the public and not-for-profit sector and in the delivery of online legal services in partnership with www.freemovement.org.uk.
This role will suit a person with experience in a variety of asylum and immigration work. This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual with proven experience to join a growing and exciting law firm where they will have the opportunity to influence its future.
