The Project for the Registration of Children as British Citizens (PRCBC) is seeking to recruit an experienced, self-motivating and committed Legal Practice Administrator to assist Solange Valdez-Symonds, PRCBC’s supervising solicitor and CEO. The postholder is expected to be at the core of and involved in all aspects of PRCBC’s work. This new post will be based at our offices in Hammersmith, London.
Salary: £32-38k per annum (depending on experience and skills)

(There will be one in-person interview at our office in Hammersmith. This will include practical skills tests).
About PRCBC
PRCBC is a small, dynamic and well-established charity with a national profile having recently celebrated ten years of advising, assisting, and representing children and young people with their complex British citizenship rights. It has a stable and secure financial base. PRCBC consistently undertakes strategic and test case litigation and policy advocacy to remove legal and practical barriers to citizenship; and provides information and training to the public and professionals to increase knowledge of citizenship rights and capacity to secure these. PRCBC is recognised as a national leader in the field of advocacy for children’s rights to British citizenship.
The position is permanent and full-time. It is for either 4 or 5 days per week. Hours will include one Saturday a month. A normal working day is 7 hours to be worked between 10:00am to 5:30pm weekdays. For a detailed job description and person specification, please see below.
