How to report a problem with your eVisa

The roll out of eVisas is going about as well as I expected, judging by the state of the forum/social media posts that I have seen. The Home Office has just launched a new form for reporting problems. Once submitted, people should receive a response within ten days either confirming that the eVisa has been corrected or asking for further information.

People may also want to consider making a complaint to the Home Office.

Do remember that the3million and ILPA have also set up a reporting tool. This one is important because I suspect we won’t be hearing much from the Home Office about the issues that are reported to them, so these need to be monitored externally.
