This course covers Appendix UK Ancestry to the Immigration Rules, which deals with permission to enter and stay on the basis of UK ancestry. It covers the rules, how everything works in practice, tips on making the strongest application and how to deal with a refusal.

    This module covers how an applicant can extend their leave to remain in the UK on this route, and eventually settle.

    This module looks at who qualifies as a dependent, the requirements that must be met for entry clearance and extension applications, and the unique settlement requirements. 

  5. Outcomes

    This module covers what happens when an application is granted or refused.
