Thank you for purchasing our application checking service. This email includes our terms and conditions of this service. It also includes your personal discount code if you want us to re-check your application.
Uploading your application
Please begin uploading your draft application and any supporting documentation to the link set out here:

This is a secure Dropbox Transfer link. We can accept any file formats and you have up to 100GB of available space. Simply drop and drag your files into the window that appears when you visit the above link.
We will only begin our checks once you have completed your uploads and have sent to us everything that you want us to see. Please email us at appcheck@seraphus.co.uk or send us a message to 07538 208096 to confirm the upload is complete.

Our written advice
We check your application within 5 working days of your completed uploads. Once our checks are completed we will provide you with a written advice setting out:
– the Home Office requirements you need to meet and if you meet them
– any corrective actions you need to make to your application
– any corrective actions you need to make to your supporting documents,
– and our assessment on the chances of success
Our work with you ends at this stage and it is up to you to ensure that you follow the advice contacted in our written reply before you send your application to the Home Office.
Complex applications
If your application raises complex issues it make take us up to 10 working days to complete your checks, where this occurs you will be notified in advance so that you are always aware on our processing times.
Application re-checks
If, after completing the corrective actions, you feel like you need a second check before you submit your application to the Home Office then we can offer a 50% discount on our fees. Please use the discount code ‘LY4SEXF5’ on checkout.
Our terms and conditions
Please read our terms and conditions carefully:
1. The application checking service was designed and is provided by Seraphus. The service is hosted on Free Movement.
2. Your contract for the provision of the application checking service is with Seraphus.
3. The application checking service is a limited service whereby Seraphus will review the documents you have uploaded and provide one written advice containing actionable feedback on how to improve the application. The written advice will also detail any problems you may have with your application, the chances of success, and how to resolve any resolvable issues. We are under no further obligation to you other than the provision of this limited service. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet the requirements set out by the Home Office and that you follow our written advice.
4. We will provide written advice to you by email within 5 working days of your completed uploads. If your submission raises complex issues it may take longer, where this occurs Seraphus will notify you.
5. We are happy to provide a full refund anytime before you have completed your uploads and the checking beings. Once we commence our checks we will not generally be able to refund payments because our work will have commenced. If we cannot undertake the checks because the application is too complex for this service we reserve the right to refund your payment in full and recommend an alternative level of service on Free Movement.
6. Your data will be stored securely. Your data will be proceed by Dropbox (document transfer and storage), Microsoft (emailing), Clio (legal casework management software), Stripe (payment provider) and Free Movement (host of the service). Your data will not be accessed by any other third party software and will not be shared to any other party. Seraphus is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (Membership No. 546810), who audit each firm from time to time. During the course of an audit, we may have to provide your file to an SRA Assessor. You can find details of the Public Liability Insurance on the Seraphus website at www.seraphus.co.uk.
7. Seraphus and Seraphus Solicitors are the trading name of Seraphus Limited and is registered in England & Wales (Company Registration No. 7001351). The Director is Christopher Desira. The Registered Office and address for service is Seraphus, Work.Life, 13 Hawley Crescent, London, NW1 8NP.
8. Seraphus is professionally and legally obliged to keep your affairs confidential. However, solicitors may be required by statute to make a disclosure to the Serious Organised Crime Agency where they know or suspect that a transaction may involve money laundering or terrorist financing. If we make a disclosure in relation to your matter, we may not be able to tell you that a disclosure has been made, we may have to stop working on your application and we may not be able to tell you why.
9. Seraphus is committed to high quality legal advice and client care. We have a procedure in place which details how we handle comments on our service.
