Monthly recurring membership – just one person is licenced to access Free Movement.
Annual recurring membership – just one person is licenced to access Free Movement.
Small Group membership – a maximum of 10 people can access Free Movement.
Medium Group membership – a maximum of 20 people can access Free Movement.
Large Group membership – a maximum of 50 people can access Free Movement.

Yes, your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing period, as outlined in our terms. The payment will be charged to the card you provided at sign-up.
To cancel your membership, log in to your account and go to Members > Your Account > Subscriptions, then select Cancel.
This will stop your next payment, and your access to Free Movement will end on your next billing date.
The Lead User is the person who pays the annual renewal fee. As the Lead User, log in to your Free Movement account and then head to the top menu bar and clicking Members > Your account > Subscriptions > Sub accounts. You can then add (or remove) your sub-account users. You can watch a short walk through video of how to do it if you are not sure.

This depends whether you are a solicitor, barrister or OISC adviser (click links to take you to the relevant pages). All the legal regulators have moved away from a purely time based system to one emphasising the need to identify your own training needs then show you have met them (applies to barristers from 1 January 2017). Regulators now look at the effectiveness and relevance of training as well how much time you spend.

Yes. Any information and documents you send Seraphus are protected. We use a secure SSL certificate on all pages of the website. Seraphus Solicitors are registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Information Commissioner’s Office, the latter ensures our organisation meets information rights obligations. Your data will be retained for 6 years and then securely destroyed. During the 6 year period a copy of your records will be available upon request.
