Vacancies for full-time paralegals

Wesley Gryk Solicitors LLP is a top-ranked specialist firm in UK immigration and nationality law, consistently recognised by The Legal 500Chambers and Partners, and The Times Best Law Firms.  We are known for our commitment to excellence, empathy, and life-changing legal work.

We are seeking paralegals to join our small, friendly and dynamic team. This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of immigration law, supporting individuals, families, and organisations.

We are looking for graduates who are aware of, and interested in, the issues surrounding immigration and have a commitment to equality and human rights, and to promoting the rights of migrants. The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritise and manage deadlines.

The positions very much involve learning “on-the-job”. Many of the tasks are administrative but, subject to performance, you will be given increasingly complex tasks, more responsibilities, and more control over cases, although always under a solicitor’s supervision.

The contract is permanent (following a three-month probation period); the salary is initially £30,000, rising to £32,000 after 6 months; and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5.30pm.  Additional study days and a financial contribution for SQE candidates available.

We offer a supportive hybrid work environment and the chance to make a tangible difference in people’s lives. Successful candidates will be required to work at our offices (currently near Waterloo station) full-time while on probation, following which there is an option to work from home two days per week.

How to apply

To apply, please send the following documents to jobs@gryklaw.com by the end of Monday 12 January 2026:

  • A covering letter clearly stating why you are interested in this role; how your experience and skills match the role; and when you will be available to start, and
  • Up-to-date CV

Interviews will take place at our offices on 21 or 22 January 2026.

We welcome applications from all candidates regardless of age, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or race.
