Membership and Access
Membership Access: Access to pay-walled articles, forums, and training materials is limited to paying members. Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled via your login. Membership rates may change at our discretion, with notice provided by email and on the website.
Group Memberships: Group memberships are available for organisations with the following tiers:
- Small group: Up to 10 members
- Medium group: Up to 20 members
- Large group: Up to 50 members
- For organisations requiring more than 50 members, custom group memberships are available upon request.
All group members must belong to the same organisation. We reserve the right to verify this at any time.
Training Materials
All training materials by Free Movement Publishing Ltd are copyrighted and for personal use by the member or purchaser only. Copying, sharing, or distributing without permission is prohibited. For concerns or feedback, contact editor@freemovement.org.uk or use the feedback forms provided with each product.
Forum Rules
Private Space: The forum is a private space for members only. Posts must be polite, civil, and respectful. If you violate forum rules or behave offensively, your membership may be revoked without a refund.
Discretion on Revocation: Membership revocations due to rule violations are at the discretion of Free Movement Publishing Ltd. Users will be notified of the violation and given an opportunity to respond before a final decision is made.
Chatham House Rule: The Chatham House Rule applies in the forum, meaning that while information shared can be used, the identity of contributors must remain confidential.
Prohibition on Legal Advice: Direct legal advice is not allowed in the forum.
Payments and Refunds
Payments: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card details.
Refunds: Refunds are only available if you contact us within 14 days of sign-up and no course has been completed or forum post made. No refunds will be issued for membership revocation due to rule violations.
Cancellations and Refunds for Training
One-Off Webinars/Workshops: Refunds are available if cancellation is received in writing at least five working days before the event. As each webinar or workshop is a one-off event, you cannot transfer your booking to another session on the same topic. However, you may transfer your booking to a different webinar or workshop of equal or lesser value, subject to availability and approval.
Multi-Session Courses: For multi-session courses, refunds are available if cancellation is made in writing at least five working days before the course start date. Transfers to a later instance of the same course may be allowed, subject to availability and approval.
Cancellations by Us: If we cancel or postpone a training session, we will offer a full refund.
